Prior to my session, with Chris Lee, I had difficulty sleeping soundly. I would wake up between 20-30 times a night choking and could only go to sleep lying on my right shoulder, and had to always have the door to the room in the same direction I was sleeping.
During our session it was revealed that in one of my past lives, I was murdered in my sleep. Once this was revealed, I found that I have slept much better, and not apprehensive at night. I now only wake up once or twice a night to go to the bathroom. I don’t care where the doors are in the room, and I can sleep on either shoulder!
